The Bakery holds a license with the Soil Association for the production of Organic Bread. Baked daily a selection of Buns, rolls, Wholemeal and White bread.

We bake a small but popular range and the ingredients cascade throughout the bakery into our conventional range for example all the yeast used is organically approved all the cream and milk used in our cakes is organic as are the pumpkin, sunflower and buckwheat used in our popular honey and buckwheat rolls.
